Jun 19 AI Health Outcomes Challenge: 2019

*There was overwhelming interest in the CMS Artificial Intelligence Health Outcomes Challenge and more than 300 launch stage applications were submitted! To allow enough time for a thorough and fair review of all applications, the judging period for the launch stage is being extended and announcement of Stage 1 participants will be made in October 2019.

This challenge is an opportunity for innovators to demonstrate how AI tools, such as deep learning and neural networks, can be used to predict unplanned hospital and skilled nursing facility (SNF) admissions and adverse events. The challenge will prioritize explainable AI solutions, which can work with front-line clinicians and patients to improve data feedback and drive quality improvements.

Collegiate Inventors Competition 2024

Eligibility: Full-time or part-time students enrolled in a U.S. college or university between June 2023 and June 2024 are eligible to enter. In the case of a team, all team members must be enrolled as full-time or part-time students in a U.S. college or university between June 2023 and June 2024. Students who are currently enrolled full-time and will graduate in May or June 2024 are eligible. Non-U.S. citizens are eligible as long as they are enrolled in a U.S. college or university and can meet our student status requirements.
