The Santa Elena Group has a rigorous and efficient process for the production and delivery of its products to its customers. In this process, it has realized the importance of using the poultry blood that is discarded, in order to take advantage of its high iron content and bring to the market a new line of innovative products based on this input.
In this sense, we seek to find the best innovative solutions that allow GSE to implement an ideal process from the collection of the bird's blood and its conditioning to its presentation in different products suitable for human consumption (as inputs or final product) and that prove to be viable in the market
